What You'll Do

Client Service & Relationship Management

Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports

Provide strategic tax planning and preparation services for individuals and corporations

Deliver bookkeeping services, payroll support, and financial guidance

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional, personalized service

Offer business insights and best practices to help clients grow and succeed

Technical & Operational Excellence

Perform detailed general ledger reconciliation and account analysis

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines

Conduct technical accounting research as needed

Participate in succession planning initiatives for the firm

Bring operational efficiency and process documentation to established practices

Seasonal Responsibilities

Manage quarterly financial statement preparations

Handle September tax extension deadlines

Navigate busy season (February 1 - April 15) with focus and precision

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Active CPA license (required)

Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting

Proven experience with personal and corporate tax preparation

Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), TurboTax, LLMs, and standard Microsoft business applications

Essential Skills & Qualities

Strong knowledge of financial management principles and tax regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Comfort working with established leadership and bringing fresh perspectives

Obsession with quality and attention to detail
