A family-owned parking operator has an immediate need for a part time Accounts Payable Clerk!
Hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices received for payment
- Resolve issues related to AP and/or vendors
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Customer service duties including answering phones, assisting customers, responding to emails, etc.,
Qualifications:
- Experience with accounts payable and/or customer service
- Strong communication
- Experience with Sage or Great Plains is a plus!
