Description We are recruiting for a HR Recruiter for a company in Perkasie, PA. In the role The HR recruiter will be responsible for finding, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves working with managers to understand their staffing requirements, screening candidates, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.Requirements:
Work with managers to determine staffing needs.
Screen applications and conduct interviews (phone and in-person).
Handle background checks and other post-job offer requirements.
Coordinate pre-employment activities and requirements .
Use various methods to find and attract candidates (career fairs, social media, community events, advertisements, websites, etc.).
Conduct interviews and extend offer letters.
Communicate with managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Update internal job postings weekly.
Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in recruitment or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with Hiring Processes and best practices in recruitment
