Home Instead Care Professional (Caregiver)

Must be willing to drive to individual clients home to provide care?
Do you have a valid D.L., & reliable personal vehicle with auto insurance?
Are you able to pass a motor vehicle and criminal background?
Are you are able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull for up to 8 hours?
Are you are able to lift up to 25 lbs?
Must pass a drug screen?
Must be able to provide care in a clients home in Centre County, Pennsylvania - USA

Schedule:
Daytime Opportunities {8am - 12pm and 9am - 1pm }, {12pm - 4pm and 1pm - 5pm}, (Custom Scheduling)
Shifts start at 4 hours
State College, Bellefonte, Lemont, Boalsburg, Centre Hall
Care Professional Requirements:
Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check & drug screen
Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read, write and speak English
Must be able to use apps on a cell phone, and computer for training
Complete a least an 8 hour orientation and pass competency exam during training

Your Duties!
Provide companionship and conversation
Assist with Toileting, Incontinence Care Dressing & Bathing with Male and Female Clients
Mobility Assistance
Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders
Transportation to errands & appointments
Provide Dementia/Alzheimer's care (Paid training provided!)
Respite care
