The Music Program Specialist position plays a key role in providing an enriching and exciting experience for campers through structured music sessions focused on rock band instruments, DJ skills, recording and performance. You will lead and support all aspects of the music program, including instrument instruction, vocal coaching, writing, recording and guided practice sessions, while fostering creativity and a love for music. The goal is to ensure campers have a fun and educational environment where they can grow their musical talents and collaborate with peers. The Music Program Specialist is responsible for creating an engaging and safe environment for all participants, ensuring campers’ growth in musicianship, and assisting with preparations for performances.
