The SEI Wealth Management Front Office Solutions team has an immediate opening for a Product Manager of the Investor Experience. This individual will be responsible for building and supporting the digital experience for investors of Banks, Trust Companies, RIAs and independent broker-dealer advisors.Additionally, this individual will serve as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for defining new service offerings, managing solution roadmaps, and supporting unit initiatives. The position will interact with prospects and clients, Sales Teams, SPTC Middle & Back Office teams, vendors, and internal/external Technical Development teams.What you'll do:

Define the user problems, perform market analysis, set requirements for development and be responsible for executing unit initiatives

Work with key stakeholders to define product strategy, go-to market planning, and strategic solution offers

Define the solution requirements to support the client experience and deliver client satisfaction

Coordinate technical product development, release to production and launch to client base

Drive solution strategy, interact with sales, development, and product marketing to define these requirements, and direct interaction with engineering and operations on product development

Enable collaboration between internal/external stakeholders to proactively and effectively move agendas

Set expectations and manage outcomes through extensive project management

Define positioning of product vs. competitive offerings

Pricing analysis of products

Work within an agile framework to make product enhancements, launch new products and realize product-market fitWhat you bring to the table:

BA/BS degree in related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience

A minimum of 3 years industry related experience

Experience with wealth management and asset management distribution

Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and achieve results

Experience in technical product management

Proven leadership ability

Business writing skills

Excellent communication and presentation skillsAttributes we value:
