Serve as a Project Manager for the implementation of our US Content Optimization initiative for the Content Optimization Proof of Concepts (POCs). This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and shape the future of our content strategy & execution.

Engage with stakeholders across the business, facilitating workshops, and managing the overall project progress. Your input will be crucial in successfully meeting POC objectives and our content transformation goals.

Collaborate closely with the Change Management lead and Program team to define our ways of working, craft compliance and development standards, document processes, and align to our agreed-upon governance model. Your expertise in program management will be essential in driving success.

Identify capabilities required to optimize content for various customer segments, partnering with our paid and owned media teams. You will have the opportunity to shape the content strategy and ensure its effectiveness across different channels.

Work closely with our analytics teams to ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) alignment and gain valuable insights across our omnichannel ecosystem. Your ability to analyze metrics and derive meaningful insights will drive data-driven decision-making.

Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the POCs with content development technologies. Your collaboration and coordination skills will be key in this cross-functional role.

​Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

5 years of experience in project/program management, content development, campaign management, digital marketing, change management or related functions.

Able to work at the North Wales, PA office at least 3 days per week (Hybrid).

Willing to travel the amount of time the role requires: 25% per year (domestic and international).

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management & Agile certifications.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans and effectively coordinate activities and resources.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices as well as the end-to-end content development process.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Change management experience, with the ability to drive adoption and mitigate impact.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
