TEKsystems is hiring several Customer Service Representatives to work for a client located in the Northampton, PA area. These positions will offer an ONSITE schedule for both training and normal shift. This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available. The position is open due to rapid growth with the client. Also, these openings will interview this week and start as soon as possible! Job Description-Answers or places calls to customers to learn about and/or address their needs, concerns, or other issues with products or services. -Responds efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring our customers feel supported and valued. -Engages in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing escalated situations, as needed. -Builds instant rapport with customers and lasting relationships with other call center team members based on trust and reliability. -Utilizes job-specific software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately when addressing a variety of different topics presented by customers. -Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service. -Engages with customers to assess needs and makes sales recommendations for products or services that may better suit identified customer needs. Top 5 Qualifications· 1-2 years of call center experience preferred · 2-3 years of customer service experience · Experience communicating (strong communication skills) · Microsoft experience · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment HoursFull time- 40-hour work weeks- 8-hour shift between 8am-6pm- possibility of weekend hours Pay18.00/hr. to start- tons of opportunity to earn more with tenure (19.00-20.00/hr. within the first 6months - 1 year tenure) Benefits Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
