Immediately hiring for a manufacturing company in the Norristown, PA area for an Inventory Clerk. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for receiving the incoming product coming into the warehouse, processing the orders, picking items for orders, putting away inventory in the proper location, and replenish inventory from bulk storage. Prior experience using RF scanners, completing shipping and receiving duties, using an RF scanners, and counting inventory is required for this role. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical ability and to be detail oriented paying special attention to accuracy.
Process all orders received in the same day for shipment
Bag and bulk store incoming inventory
Replenish items from a bulk to a picking location
Pick items and sets to fulfill customer and in-house departmental requests
Enter item data related to order transactions into the software system
Perform Cycle Counts on a daily basis to verify accurate system quantities as well as ensure shelf life of sterile products
Qualifications:
good to have at least 1 year of experience using an RF scanner, 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
MUST show strong attention to detail
must be comfortable standing for duration of shift
Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable with repetitive work
