Steady shift schedules:
Afternoon shift 3:00pm-11:30pm
Midnight shift 11:00pm-7:30am

Operate and monitor bagging equipment
Notify lead person of any irregularities in equipment or product
Perform quality control checks as required
Complete scanning to the inventory management system
Assist co-worker to maintain a smooth flow of packaged product
Check for accurate product coding and labeling
Maintain accurate and orderly production logs
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Assist in other production areas as required
Palletize (stack) finished whey products as per procedures
Perform forklift safety check before operating forklift and inform supervisor of machine defects
Operate forklift in a safe manner
Enter production data into SAP inventory system
Assist in training of new personnel
Minimize water usage and the generation of wastewater within the scope of the position
Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements
Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Certified in Forklift Operation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to use commercial English, grammar and arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions
Previous forklift experience preferred
