Earn $18.56/hour
Position Details
The Psych Rehab Worker participates in development and presentation of member driven workshops, classes and groups, and possesses skills to teach one to one and in group settings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
One to one guidance and support of members developing recovery goals in living, learning, working and social life domains.
Documentation of psychiatric rehab through development of individual member goals and progress notes. This documentation is consumer driven.
Utilize electronic health records system to complete all needed documentation.
Interaction with members during scheduled activities at STAR and in community.
Active participation in planning and organizing monthly psychiatric rehabilitation calendar.
Transportation of members to and from the center for activities and meetings related to goals and center schedule.
Participates in Quality Improvement/Assurance activities as needed.

8am-4pmRequirementsOur ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
A bachelor's degree in human services.
ORAn associate's degree and 1 year work experience in mental health direct service.
ORA CPS certificate and 1 additional year paid or volunteer work experience in mental health direct service.
OR
A high school diploma or GED and 2 years work experience in human services which must include 1 year of mental health direct service.
Driver's license required
