Serve as the technical lead for electrical engineering projects, focusing on power system engineering and integration.

Conduct detailed power system integration tasks such as but not limited to short circuit studies, arch flash evaluation, grounding reviews, cable ampacity limits, and specification designs.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and collaborators, to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Lead all aspects of the design, development, and manufacturing of the low and medium voltage system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate the integration of drives, motors, and related equipment, ensuring accurate functionality, control, and performance within the overall system.

Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment to budget.

Monitor project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate project status updates to project manager and customer.

Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure electrical equipment and components, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to project specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.

Lead project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and test reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Your profile.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Shown experience (8+ years) in electrical engineering, with a focus on power system engineering and system integration.

Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, power distribution, and control systems.

Experience in project management, leading all aspects of and delivering complex electrical engineering projects.

In-depth understanding of drives and motor systems, including their integration, control, and troubleshooting.

The pay range for this position is $97,500 - $167,200.
