Looking for laborers to work with concrete material. Job involves operating a forklift, working with tools and general labor type work. Training will be provided but candidates must be prepared to work in both cold and hot temperatures and work in a dusty environment. Safety equipment is provided and employees are expected to follow all safety rules and wear safety equipment (respirator when working with raw materials, masks, gloves, ear plugs etc.). This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. Benefits offered upon permanent hire.This job involves:
Moving products within the shop using a forklift.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Use the chop saw to cut wood, build pallets, and wrap/palletize materials.
Use a mixer to blend, and then pour material into molds.
Use air and hand tools to unbolt, clean, grease, and rebuild molds.
Some of the tools they use are: hammers, wrench, ratchet, screwdriver, air tools, air wrench, and jack hammers.
Sometimes they will need to climb a ladder up to 10'. Some loading requires the use of the hand remote from floor to operate the overhead crane.
Must be able to stand for the entire shift, lift 50 pounds as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday - Start times can vary:
6am-2:30pm, 6:30am-3pm, 7am-3:30pm
