We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate Brand Manager (SABM) with a strong background in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) &/or B2B Food Brand experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with leading food brands, a passion for food & culinary trends, and the ability to drive brand growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making. The SABM has a business-owner mentality and is responsible for leading specific projects to support the business. An SABM must have strong initiative and be an influencer of people in cross-functional assignments where consumer, customer and shopper insights are used to coordinate with other functional areas to take necessary actions in support of the business. This position plays a leadership and project management role with both, internal and external constituents. Additionally, this position requires strong analytical skills and an ability to translate analysis on the business into recommendations. The ability to monitor performance indicators and provide in depth analysis by product line, SKU, distributor, sales region, and financial impact to determine opportunities for growth is crucial. Growth opportunities include consumer/customer advertising, promotion, product innovation, pricing, product optimizations, shopper programs, and other key actions that could affect the overall profit and share position. As the brand equity owner, the candidate must have a deep understanding of the external environment including general trends impacting the business, competitive assessments, and an understanding of both consumers and customers. Additionally, this position will require the ability complete monthly forecast and budget projections. This role is perfect for a driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact within a leading food company. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of brand strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.

Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, including packaging processes, reformulations, new product launches, trade shows & customer/consumer activations.

Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, volume forecasts, and P&L optimization.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market data & culinary trends to inform brand strategies, support customer storytelling and provide actionable recommendations.

Marketing Activation: Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans across digital & social. Analyze programs & track KPI’s.

Partner with sales team: Lead the development of new market and/or new product presentations, leveraging insights and storytelling.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with in-office work required from Tuesday-Thursday in New Holland, PA. Travel: This position requires up to 15% travel. Must travel to trade shows, company events, etc. as needed, including overnight stays. Qualifications:

3-5 years of brand management experience in the CPG industry, preferably with food brands.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Passion for food/culinary trends is beneficial.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create compelling presentations.
