Job Title: Assistant Production SupervisorJob Description2nd shift - 3pm - 12am (Midnight)55k-75k + Bonuses Oversee the production process looking for ways to improve efficiencies, meeting all production quotas and deadlines Coordinate with Production Supervisor work assignments Engage with Production Supervisor to analyze productivity, workflow, methods, and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate Enforce all company policies and plant rules, including but not limited to problem-solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures Complete production labor schedule by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revisingschedules to minimize downtime; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift production daily Responsible for meeting all food safety, quality, and customer requirements for this positionHard Skills
