Cnc Operator

AEROTEK IS HIRINGAerotek is currently hiring for a CNC Operator in the New Castle area. Candidates with CNC experience and or Machine operating experience is preferred. Operate wire mill making cored welding wire-cnc controlled Complete set-up and operation of wire mill. This includes tool changes, machine adjustments, quality checks, minor machine repairs, etc. Properly blend powders in powder area. Complete QC tests on each batch of wire produced. Cut wire mill tooling on a CNC lathe. Calculating and recording set-up parameters on wire mill. Measuring with O.D. Micrometers (Metric). Performing preventative maintenance. Operating jib cranes. Work and operate other pieces of equipment around the plant as required.
