Description Robert Half is working with a client that is hiring an ERP Applications Analysts. This person is responsible for the development, administration, and user integration of software applications. Our clients' applications range from the ERP system (Epicor) to information and intelligence solutions (PowerBI).Works with a team to design, develop, and accurately deliver business solutions associated with the ERP and supporting business platforms.Administer and apply continuous improvement to current applications.Evaluate opportunities to advance the current application offering.Provide support for company and department initiatives that may be beyond your current role and responsibilities.Requirements EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 2 years related work experience.A strong understanding of how information is structured and processed within an ERP application. o Experience with Epicor 10 and Kinetic is a strong plus. Experience with acquiring data form multiple sources and providing information solutions. o Experience with SQL, SSRS, PowerBI, and SharePoint is a plus. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Knowledge of systems hardware and software. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, and ability to take responsibility for deliverables. Excellent team player The ability to interpret written or verbal instructions from non-technical customers and convert that information into a technical solution.
