Billing Specialist

Description This is a full time, 100% ONSITE, TEMPORARY-to-HIRE opportunity that could lead to a permanent position and is located near Yardley, PA. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm. The start time can be shifted up to 8:00am if need be.A well established company involved in the distribution of promotional items for businesses is looking to add a Billing Specialist to their team. In this role, you will utilize QuickBooks Desktop and ensure all POs are 100% accurate before moving forward and billing clients. Additional responsibilities are cash applications/posting and other accounts receivables tasks. This position requires someone with extensive attention to detail as the billing process involves a keen eye for ensuring the units/pricing are 100% accurate on the PO before generating invoices, entering to the QuickBooks system, and billing clients (B2B - Business to Business). Responsibilities: Billing Invoice Processing, entering, matching to POs, etc. Cash Applications Ensuring total accuracy of POs coming in as well as total accuracy on invoices generated prior to billing.Requirements Requirements: 2+ Years of Billing Experience (preferably Business-2-Business) 2+ Years of QuickBooks Desktop experience Extraordinary attention to detail and thoroughness, which is more important than speed in this role.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply by submitting a resume in Microsoft Word format, or, email your resume to Kirk.Forchetti@roberthalf com.
