Supply Chain Analyst

Description As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will oversee Demand Replenishment Planning (DRP) for assigned product line(s) in your region and have end-to-end responsibility for inventory of imported products. You will be responsible to maintain allocation controls and provide timely order approvals for North American orders within assigned product line(s). You will report directly to the Integrated Supply Planning Manager for North America. The Supply Chain Planning Analyst provides backup to other Supply Chain Planning Analysts and the Integrated Supply Planning Manager in the region as needed. Developing replenishment plan with the Master Scheduler and ordering imported material Using forecasts to manage import planning & inventory balances as well as inventory health Coordinating timely availability of imported products and communicating shortages/delays with Sales & Customer Service Determining availability of material upon un-forecasted customer demand Maintaining inventory allocation controls Releasing customer orders Ensuring business continuity through risk assessments in assigned product line(s), and owning delivery of action plans to mitigate identified risks Maintaining supply/demand tools to provide clear visibility of the health of the product line and consistent inputs for decision-making Provide reporting (minimum monthly) on inventory days on hand for your product line(s) Requirements Microsoft Excel, Global Supply Chain, Global Procurement Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
