Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Product Owner - Commercial Analytics. ​The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year. This position can be based in Beachwood, OH or Moon Twp, PA with hybrid work available.Position Overview:The Product Owner - Commercial Analytics will lead the development of data-driven digital finance products using design thinking methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, legal, HR, engineering, marketing, and IT, to ensure the successful development and launch of data products. The focus will be on driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital finance and innovation product portfolio.Job Responsibilities: Develop and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital finance and innovation product portfolio using design thinking methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Drive product development through Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of products that meet customer needs and business goals Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals Develop and implement data strategy, including data collection, storage, and analysis Work with data science team to develop predictive models and algorithms to drive product development and improve customer experience Use design thinking methodologies to facilitate ideation, prototyping, and testing of new product concepts Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the organizationQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance, project manager, engineer, BRM or program lead with a focus on data-driven digital finance products using design thinking methodologies. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent position. No relocation is being offered for this position. Candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH or Moon Twp, PA to be considered Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.Position Criteria: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments Familiarity with design thinking methodologies Ability to create and manage product roadmaps Clear understanding of lean principles with respect to product and portfolio management Data orientation and ability to make data-driven decisions Passion for great customer experiences Financial and budget management Comfortable working directly with business leaders, external customers, and engineering teams 10% travel requiredWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
