Logistics Coordinator - Ocean Export Agent

Scope of PositionEnsure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export Department. Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesInteract with our customers in arranging their international export shipments.Provide outstanding, friendly customer service through daily communication with both internal and external customersEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operating systemTrack and trace shipments as requiredEnsure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposesEnsure accurate and timely client invoicingContribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (steamship lines, trucking companies, and others)Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.
