Accounts Payable Expense Reporting Manager - 306818
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Michael Baker International is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Expense Reporting Manager to be a key member of our Corporate Shared Services team. Working independently and held to a high standard of professionalism, you will be responsible for our Chrome River expense reporting tool to include:
Main administrator of the system's functionality
Oversight of the entire expense reporting function
Primary owner of the Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy
Expense report approval
Supervise 1+ expense report approversThis position is remote (WFH) with a preference within the Eastern Time ZoneRESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of the Chrome River expense reporting platform
Ensure all expense reports are reviewed and comply with the Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy
Identify and implement necessary process improvements for expense reporting along with ensuring training documents and related material are current
Conduct training sessions as needed for new hires and other company personnel
Manage 1+ AP personnel responsible for expense reporting review and approval
Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reporting related to expense reporting
Serves as the company-wide subject matter expert of Chrome River
Manage and monitor employee payments due to the Company as they relate to various activities
Special projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred
Minimum of 5 years of Chrome River, Concur or equivalent expense reporting system experience required

Strong Excel spreadsheet skills
Microsoft Teams spreadsheet collaboration
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Team player with ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Detail oriented and high personal standards for quality of workCOMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
