Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings

- Read and implement individualized treatment plans```{=html}```

- Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner```{=html}```

- Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills```{=html}```

- Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors```{=html}```

- Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomesWhat werequirefrom you:

Minimum of a high school diploma and willingness to complete the RBT curriculum and get certified

- 1 year minimum of working with children```{=html}```

- 1 year of working in a direct care human services professionpreferredbut not required```{=html}```

- Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation```{=html}```

- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills```{=html}```

- Willingness to accept and implement feedback```{=html}```
