Role Lead PAM/CyberArk Consultant Location King of Prussia, PA (Remote) Duration 6 to 12 Months Plus Details:
- Provider shall provide resources to support Customer's CyberArk environment. Provider shall assist, at the direction of Customer, with the following services:
- Provider will perform operational tasks related to maintaining and operating the Customer CyberArk Privileged Account Management system as part of L3 support.
- L3 support is out of scope from the ("BAU RUN") services under the SDC. Provider will provide L3 support services for CyberArk environment to the Customer.
- Overseeing the Provider CyberArk Operations Team. Maintaining operational procedures for regular activities and repeat tasks, including account onboarding and maintenance, system operational checks, troubleshooting, and system updates.
- Performing the general onboarding of accounts and execution of defined tasks as per change management and request management, or service request.
- Delivering to Customer general weekly and monthly reports summarizing CyberArk system performance, capacity, and Incident requests.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance monitoring and batch tools related to the CyberArk system.
- Addressing Incidents requiring basic/minor product configuration changes, problem management, troubleshooting of failures and incidents.
- Certifications in CyberArk, has worked on CyberArk for a large global organization and have strong knowledge of the CyberArk Cloud platform.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with senior client leaders and be able to lead team of IAM engineers (offshore).
