Service Desk Technician- Level 2

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role supporting end-users in service desk/desk side support or NOC environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting, analyzing, and problem-solving technical issues
  • Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment, and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes
  • Experience troubleshooting PCs, Microsoft Office, and printers

-Higher-level support role experience (close to Sys Admin/TL level)

-open to Mac/Windows/any combination (majority windows) Not being afraid of Mac environment.

  • Phishing tickets- lock down email through O365

  • Admin changes with security groups or file structure groups, and teams groups.
