SCANNERASSOCIATEJOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION:Full Time Hourly Non-ExemptJOB OVERVIEW:MAC.BIDbuys truckloads of customerreturnsand overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. TheScanTeam uses proprietary software to scan and upload product information into the auction portal with accuracy. This position reports to the Scan Team Lead.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auctionlistings
Search products online
Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
Correct and complete information for each item
Responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals
Other tasks as assigned bymanagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be available to work onsite Monday Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to bedeterminedby workload and General Manager
Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with teamlift
Must be comfortable with weband browser-based software (Google/Amazon)
Must be able to stand and walk for hours at atime
Must be tech savvy
Must be able to follow written directions and companypolicies
Must have High School Diploma orequivalent
