Description Our client in Monroeville, PA is hiring for a Project Coordinator for a contract to hire option. This candidate would work closely with the Project Manager. Hours/schedule: 5 days a week, 7-4 or 8-4. Business casual environment and free parking. Pay $28-30. Project Coordination & Administrationa. Provides execution assistance to the PM including but not limited to status reports, projectescalation support, scheduling meetings, and supporting the completion of forms andother artifacts by project participantsb. Coordinate with Project Managers and/or Program Managers to ensure project plan iscurrent and accurate. This includes:

Processing plan updates provided by the PM

Communication of the project plan

Managing version control

Facilitate the execution of engineering’s training plans by owning logistics of scheduling training

classes and processing requests for new training

Documents standards, policies, updates, and other program artifacts

a. Assists with revisions to project schedules: generating tasks, estimates, dependenciesand milestonesb. Monitor and coordinate the tracking of project issues, working with the team to providetimely status updates to business line or other interested partiesc. Coordinate end user training including setting up training sessions and coordinatingtraining logistic, as applicable

Project tracking, Reporting and Support

a. Assist in creating monthly detailed project forecasts and monitoring monthly detailedproject forecastsb. Create project documentation as applicable for the project ensuring the timely completionof deliverablesc. Create and monitor minutes from all core team meetings and distributed. Updates necessary tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third party management systems.e. Assists with administrative preparation for various meetingsf. Communicates all issues to management prior to reaching critical statusg. Develops and maintains accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continuesto monitor for integrity and completenessh. Provides ad hoc reports as requestedi. Provides additional administrative support as requiredRequirements Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Proven experience in project coordination within the manufacturing industry is essential Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial Familiarity with project management software and tools would be beneficial Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are mandatory Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures is preferred Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure is essential.
