Join us and make a difference in scientific advancements.Pay Rate: $16.502nd Shift - Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMKey Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes and high-quality output.

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Determine and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production capabilities.

Accurately detail production data and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a high school diploma.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or related environment.

Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as part of an ambitious team.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical certification or associate degree in a related field.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
