Description We are in search of a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team located in MIDLAND, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee benefit programs and policies, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends. You will also be tasked with communicating with employees and assisting in the management of the benefit plan renewal process. Responsibilities: Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in the administration of employee benefit programs and policies including health, dental, vision, life, and disability. Respond to benefit inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring quick, equitable, and courteous resolution. Assist in the management of the benefit plan renewal process and open enrollment procedures. Maintain up-to-date benefit records and conduct regular audits and quality checks of benefits-related data. Participate in the company's Wellness Committee and engage in the creation, planning, and promotion of employee events related to benefits and wellness. Present benefits-related information to new hires during onboarding and assist employees with benefits enrollment and status change processes. Assist in the coordination of substitute coverage for periods of employee leave and review timesheets for approved substitute coverage. Assist in the review of benefits-related invoices and participate in meetings with benefits consultants as requested. Maintain and enhance understanding of benefit contract language and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is a requirement. Experience with Ceridian, Dayforce, and HRMS systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with 'About Time' software is advantageous. Should possess a deep understanding of Benefit Functions. Experience in Claim Administration is required. Proven ability in Compensation Administration is essential. Must have a solid understanding of Compliance regulations related to benefits and compensation. Experience in handling FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) related matters is a plus. Must be legally eligible to work in the designated country without sponsorship. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required. Must be able to uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. Professional certification in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits is highly desirable.
