All testing is to be performed in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as may be directed by the administrator and medical staff to ensure that the highest degree of quality patient care can be maintained at all times. Successful completion of registering within 12 months of employment. Certification maintenance (CM) every 3 years as required by the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
