Empower individuals: Develop and implement personalized programs to help residents thrive.
Be an advocate: Champion residents' needs and rights with external agencies and families.
Support daily living: Assist residents with daily tasks and promote independence.
Facilitate healing: Design and lead therapy groups based on recovery principles.
Plan for the future: Develop community integration plans to support residents' transition.
Make a lasting impact: Conduct intakes, assessments, and guide residents through treatment and discharge.Rate: $18.00 / hourPRN / as needed schedule
Media, PA (Elwyn campus)Primary FunctionsResponsible for developing, implementing, and documenting individual programs for all residents.
Act as an advocate and represent client's needs and rights with outside social service agencies, families, etc.
Assist residents in all activities of daily living.
Design and facilitate therapeutic groups in accordance with psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery principles.
Plan and implement community integration plans.
Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, coordination of community care linkages, and discharge process.
Adhere to standards, procedures, and schedules established by Program Supervisor.Education/ExperienceMinimum of bachelor's degree in behavioral health / psychology or related field.
OR bachelor's degree in other field + 2 years of behavioral health experience (and 12+ credit hours in behavioral health).
Valid driver's license in state of residence.
