Associate Litigation Attorney

Description We are seeking an Attorney/Lawyer based in Media, Pennsylvania to join our team. This role involves supporting the firm's association litigation matters and writing opinion letters. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate strong organizational, research and writing skills, and the ability to analyze complex information to formulate well-grounded opinions.Responsibilities: Support the firm's association litigation matters Write well-structured and researched opinion letters Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis Maintain excellent documentation of all legal proceedings and actions Handle complaint administration and claim administration processes Use legal software such as LexisNexis and 3M for case management and other functions Assist in construction litigation and commercial real estate cases Ensure compliance with all legal codes and practices Provide legal services and advice as required Collaborate with the team in handling complex commercial litigations. Requirements Must hold a valid Bar Admission in the state of practice Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney or Lawyer Proven expertise in Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, and Complaint Handling Demonstrated proficiency in Case Management Software, Legal Software, LexisNexis, and Management Systems Skilled in Construction Law, Business & Commercial Law, and Collections Experience with Commercial Real Estate, Complex Commercial Litigation, and Fair Debt Collection Practices is required Proficient in drafting Legal Briefs, Legal Codes, and Legal Pleadings Skilled in Legal Research and Legal Services Knowledge of 3M and Westlaw is beneficial Strong skills in Briefing, Documentation, and Construction Litigation Experience in handling Commercial Litigation, Commercial Law, and Construction Law is necessary Knowledge of Collections - Commercial is an added advantage Proficiency in using Lexis software Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to maintain and improve professional competence Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Strong negotiation skills and ability to advise clients on legal rights and obligations High ethical standards and professional integrity.
