Wanted: Part-Time Leasing & Customer Relations Representative
(In the city of Franklin, Venango County, PA)
This role requires someone with great interpersonal skills and the ability to be a good listener and salesperson.
Responsibilities:
-Show residential, commercial and retail rental space to prospective tenants.
-Understand prospective tenant’s needs and be able to adapt and propose configurations that work.
-Quote rents, manage application/lease paperwork, and close deals.
-Inspect vacated spaces for required work and damages.
-Meet with current retail tenants monthly to assess issues.
-Coordinate some vendor work activities.
-Prospect for new tenants.
-Brainstorm ideas to make properties more rentable.
Required:
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Ability to close deals.
-Ability to understand simple finance terms.
-Flexibility on work hours availability.
-Creative abilities.
Compensation:
Leasing Activities-Flat fees and possible bonuses paid for closed leases.
Customer Relations Work-$18 per hour
Project Management Work-$22 per hour
