Responsibilities to include:Talent recruiting and retention.Conduct interviews, manage pre-employment processes, and new hire orientations.Maintain employee records including new hires, transfers, terminations, job classification changes, and tracking paid time off, etc.Perform data entry into spreadsheets and Timeclock system.FMLA administration.Employee relations.Records management.Maintain confidentiality.Administer Safety and Worker's Compensation programs.Perform other related HR or administrative duties as required.Travel between Marble, Shippenville and Knox will be required.Occasional travel to job fairs that might include a Saturday.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or associate degree in business or related fields will be a positive for this role.2 years of HR or similar business experience is preferred.Experience with recruiting at all levels, utilization of online and other recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.Intermediate knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and experience handling sensitive and confidential information.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, take initiative and see projects through to completion.Ability to work in a team environment.Manufacturing experience would be helpful.Bi-lingual – Spanish/English would add to this candidate.
