Job Description:Client has an internal resource that is moving to a critical project and need someone to backfill his role.Client has 20 pieces of equipment in Process and QC. They are moving from an IT Network over to an OT Network (operational technology network) – this will provide greater security; especially in regards to cyber security.Will be responsible for writing everything from URS through Validation Summary Reports. Also making sure all systems have gone from Windows 7 to Windows 10.Experienced with managing small automation projects related to network and server/pc based systemsExperience creating and updating GMP CSV and Validation Life-Cycle DocumentsAbility to organize and effectively communicate with other site groups to coordinate work and deliver projects per planGood written and verbal communicationsAdditional Skills: Experience withOSI-PI, Kepware, data historians, point configurationLab Systems and related Server / PC equipmentSQL databases, Windows 10 / Server 2016, Windows AD, Domains, IPKnowledge of Server and Network Virtualization, Firewall configurations Dallas, TX12 monthsProcess Validation – Medical DeviceClient is in need of a Process Validation Engineer where the day to day will be interface R&D and operations, development, process validation, NPI, IQ, performance evaluation, Work instructions, lead protocals, get approvals and execution.
