Location: Malvern, PA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Agile Coach: HYBRID REMOTE - Mondays and Fridays Remote
ResponsibilitiesResource will serve as a shared Agile, Lean and Process Improvement Coach for Enterprise Security & Fraud (ES&F) departments, working directly with teams, scrum masters, product owners and leaders tasked with delivering our large Modernization initiatives. The goal is to help teams adopt these practices consistently and drive stronger cross-departmental and cross-functional collaboration and work cohesion. As a change agent, the resource will be expected to role model exemplary change management and communication skills that can bring a diverse group of stakeholders at various levels together around a common vision, mission and strategy.Serves as a senior level expert on complex projects to support operations teams in process improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Agile, etc.) to drive business and client impact. Serves as a senior level expert and leads complex or large process improvement initiatives using process improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Agile, etc.) to develop, identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes. Applies functional expertise to improve business and client results.Preferred Skills• IT Infrastructure, Software Delivery, Cyber Security and Fraud acumen• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and lean portfolio management (LPM) methodologies• Tools such as Atlassian Suite, Tasktop Viz, ActionableAgile, and Planview1. Leads development and application of process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.2. Concatenates process improvement data and uses key metrics to measure outcomes on the most complex initiatives.3. Leads process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation ensuring deadlines are met. Defines scope and requirements, establishes timeline, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.4. Leads development of documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses.5. Develops and manages effective working relationships with internal clients (primarily senior leaders) and key stakeholders.6. Develops training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures, and to support the enterprise-wide adoption of process improvement methodologies.7. Coordinates follow-up meetings for project teams using process improvement tools to ensure work is completed and improvements are maintained. Plans and implements quality assurance and compliance processes.8. Leverages technical expertise to coach other process improvement crew through complex or enterprise wide initiatives. Develops coaching methods to guide teams in using and sharing data to improve outcomes, delivery, and organizational support.9. Maintains working knowledge of the wealth management, Fintech, and financial services industry, understanding the trends of a changing business landscape and translating those insights into potential impacts for the firm. Evolves approaches to process improvement to account for industry trends.10. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Minimum of eight years related work experience with progressive responsibility required.• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.
