In this vital position, you will safeguard our most valuable assets-our customers, our team members, our property, and our principles-by fostering a secure environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. This role demands not only vigilance and precision but also the courage to face and navigate complex challenges effectively. Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, to identify and resolve any security breaches or irregularities.
Conduct regular physical inspections and security audits of the premises to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Develop and implement physical security measures and protocols to enhance safety and security on the premises.
Coordinate with law enforcement and other emergency responders during security incidents and emergencies.
Manage the issuance of employee ID badges, ensuring all personnel have proper credentials and access rights.
Train staff on security procedures and crisis response protocols.
Maintain detailed logs of security incidents and provide regular reports to the Security Manager.
Manage security company vendor relationships and aiding with special projects as necessary.
Assist in bank investigations as needed
Participate in the evaluation and testing of new security techno ogies to enhance physical security measures.
What do you need?
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a physical security role, ideally within a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of security operations and surveillance systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to be available off hours, when needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player
