Position Overview Contract Developer Requirements: We are looking for a developer, with experience working on Genesys Cloud & Telephony knowledge Qualifications
- Min of 3 year's experience working on Genesys Cloud
- Python
- Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing- Integration with external Services
- Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs Contact center experience.
- Telephony knowledge regarding Python experience added.
- We are okay with a solid fundamental level experience.
- Don't have to be an expert.
- If not, the candidate should have programmed in Java or C+.
