Description We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our training programs and facilities.Position Overview:As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations team with our company-wide training. You will be responsible for various tasks related to logistics, communications, and customer service, contributing to the overall success of our training programs.Responsibilities:

Assist the team by managing the training calendar, handling incoming emails, and coordinating shipments and mail.

Proactively manage inventory and order supplies for training purposes.

Coordinate the delivery of communications for courses and programs, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.

Prepare program materials, handouts, and other resources for classes and programs.

Handle ad hoc requests and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service to participants and facilitators during in-person training classes.

Plan, order, and set up meals for training sessions, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and setup of the training space.

Coordinate security access for visitors attending training sessions, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for all.

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in operations or administration is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

Previous experience in operations support or customer service is preferred but not required.
