Supply Chain Assistant

Our client has an immediate opening for a Supply Chain Assistant. This Supply Chain Assistant will be performing administrative tasks supporting the Supply Chain department. Essential Duties:

Work with Supply Chain personnel to assist with end-to-end purchasing (PO placement, PO manager, and invoicing)

Support warehousing and inventory management as needed

Work with various supply chain metrics and compile data

Analyze data and work within Excel

Work cross functionally with Operations, Quality, and Engineering Departments as needed

Assist Supply Chain manager and team with other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1+ Years of administrative experience

Strong Excel skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Great organization and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
