Be engaged and aware in safety and actively participate in Daily Safety Huddles
Aggregate material testing, sampling, absorption, LA Abrasion, specifications, un-compacted voids, Sodium / Magnesium Loss, crush counts
Inventory products, QC sampling, schedules, specifications, testing, gradations, and crush gravity of compacted mix efficiently
Bituminous mix design development, complete overview of Pennsylvania design processes for HMC and WMA as per job specificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceSkillsComputer, fax, printer, and copier experience
Ability to build professional relationships with coworkers, management, and customers
Safety Conscience and safety oriented
Some mechanical and maintenance skills
