Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience.
Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple computer systems.
