Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the Heavy Manufacturing industry. The role is based in Pennsylvania, United States. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will be primarily tasked with the supervision and strategic planning of SAP S/4 projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Overseeing the creation and execution of project plans, including aspects such as scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Facilitating effective communication and coordination between internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution. Monitoring and managing workload distribution within the team for optimal efficiency. Utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance. Implementing suitable verification techniques to manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Reporting and escalating critical issues to project leadership as necessary. Conducting risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential project risks. Utilizing knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and project management software to deliver successful results. Requirements Demonstrated experience in the Heavy Manufacturing industry. Previous role as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant. Proficiency in using SAP S/4HANA. Excellent skills in Microsoft Project. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of project management principles. Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record of successful project completion. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Experience in budgeting and financial management.
