Assist Production Control to schedule employees and equipment to ensure on time shipmentsSupervise production employees on a job-by-job basis to ensure that work is completed efficiently and in a safe mannerIdentify and quickly resolve production problems on the shop floorWork closely with Toolmakers and Quality departmentHelp identify training needs of production employeesAssist in production, as needed Excellent second shift work hours from 3:25 p.m. to 12:55 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and 3:25 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday to enjoy your weekends!
