Wellington Chase, located in Mount Joy, PA is looking for a long-term, full-time Maintenance Technician.
Required to have experience in all aspects of apartment community maintenance.
Must pass drug screening, criminal background check and have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
Must provide a written resume to be considered.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Complete service orders in a timely fashion
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Turn apartments for move in
Keeping grounds area neat and clean
Plumbing
Electrical
Some carpentry
HVAC
Appliance repair and replacement
Assist with inspections
Painting
Working hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On call required bi-weekly. Uniforms are provided. All company benefits are available after 90 days of employment, or sooner based on work performance.
