Full-Time | Manufacturing Facility | Immediate Start | Short-Term Project
Looking to make some extra cash and work with a solid team? We’re hiring Industrial Coatings Technicians for a short-term project. If you’ve got experience in coatings, construction, or field installation, and you're ready to work hard and get paid, this is for you!
Responsibilities
Surface prep and installation of industrial coating systems
Follow best practices for surface preparation
Comply with all site safety requirements (hot work, lockout/tagout, confined space, working at heights, etc.)
Maintain high standards of safety and quality
Communicate daily progress with the Construction Manager
Occasionally assist in the shop with bending/cutting parts, organizing materials, and pickups/deliveries
Required Qualifications
Experience in construction or field installation trades
Skilled with hand and power tools
Valid driver’s license
Able to bend, walk, stand, and kneel for extended periods
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to pass customer-specific safety training (confined space, respirator fit test, chemical safety, etc.)
PetroChem+ or OSHA 30 certification (site-specific training available online before start)
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational certificate/diploma in coatings, flooring, general contracting, or related civil/mechanical discipline
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
Experience with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
Confined space trained
HAZWOPER 24 certified
Forklift certified (or willing to become certified)
Knowledge of PPE requirements in industrial settings
Project Details
Pay $27
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Project Ends: Friday, 9/12
Per Diem: $125/day
