Sales and Customer Service Representative with Artwork Generation
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, customer service, and some graphic design skills.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
Engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and close sales
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Phone Answering:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Take messages, screen calls, and forward calls to appropriate staff
Assist with prioritizing and routing calls
Artwork Generation:
Create custom artwork for customers based on their specifications
Utilize design software to create quality graphics
Proofread and revise artwork before submission to clients
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in sales and customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,Teams and Outlook
Experience with graphic design software, such as Corel or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
