As a Counter Person, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders in person, over the phone, and online, as well as addressing inquiries from service technicians.
- Ensuring timely and safe delivery of parts orders to our valued customers.
- Maintaining accurate and clean inventory levels by diligently managing and organizing our parts stock.
- Utilizing parts catalogs, online sales platforms, and your technical expertise to efficiently fulfill parts orders.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Physical ability to lift, maneuver, and reach objects weighing up to 50lbs. Forklift experience is a plus!
- Willingness to frequently walk, stand, sit, climb, and descend stairs.
- Excellent manual dexterity, as well as the ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Occasional ability to balance, kneel, crouch, and stoop.
- At least 1 year of automotive experience and basic computer skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge.
- A neat and clean appearance, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Successful completion of a drug and background check.
