FETCH Home Management LLC (www.fetchhomemanagement.com) is a growing, privately-held local property management company. Fetch Home Management is based in Lancaster, PA, and has tripled in size, in less than a year.

We are presently seeking a Field Service Technician for our Lancaster area, who will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting to our local neighborhood!

Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition

Conduct maintenance service through the use of the Maintenance Work Order system in a timely, orderly, and efficient manner

Build and maintain valuable resident relationships by exploring opportunities to improve the maintenance needs of the community grounds and facilities

Use established procedures to identify deficiencies and take immediate action with property manager approval

Advise Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of residents who do not properly dispose of their excess garbage or have large/bulky items that may require pickup arrangements

Maintain order and appearance of garage and storage areas

Maintain all maintenance equipment

Comply with national, state and local health and safety laws to reduce accident occurrences and to protect residents, the company, team members and vendors

Perform seasonal pre-maintenance service on a timely basis

Remain available for “on call” duties as needed

Participate in the rental turnover when needed

Perform repairs and maintain the property of various maintenance tasks

Perform other duties as assigned

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.

Duties:

- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems

- Troubleshoot and repair low voltage systems

- Analyze and fabricate solutions for complex problems

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Militarize equipment as required

- Work in the field to provide on-site technical support

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of everyday handyman

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work independently in the field

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an industrial electrician or related field

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
