You can learn more at www.andersonsnutrition.com. We are searching for a long-term, dependable, and energetic person to join our amazing team in our Downingtown office. Our team is delightful, warm, and supportive. This can be a full-time or part-time position (30 - 40 Hours per Week) and this role is 100% on-site, in office, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be self-starters, be able to work independently, and have a strong eye for details. The position has several components so you never get bored!

The Key Responsibilities for the Medical Office Support role, include, but are not limited to:

- Exceptional Customer Service. Providing exceptional customer service to our future clients by being the first point of contact. This may be done through various types of communication, such as phone, email, or in person. During the first contact, an explanation of services, how insurance works, and what to expect will be some key talking points.

- Onboarding and maintenance. Onboard new patients and maintain current patients. Scheduling, completing all forms, calling on insurance benefits, and reviewing benefits with patients. Sending out reminder messages and phone calls. Invoicing for co-pays, self-pays, and deductibles. Rescheduling visits and reaching out to get individuals scheduled.

- Accounting. Submission of insurance claims for reimbursement, monitoring progress of claims, and reconciling. Monthly reconciling for accounts receivable and payable. Bill and collect monies from clients.

- Marketing. Work with the marketing team to aid in company promotions such as attending health fairs, lunch and learns, and onsite with other healthcare offices/companies.

Qualifications for this role include:

- Required Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or Equivalent

- Desired Experience: Experience with medical billing and working in a medical office. Use of QuickBooks, G-Suites, Microsoft (Excel, Word)
